Returns Eligibility
At FOLDPEAKS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
Returns are only accepted for valid reasons such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Returns will not be accepted due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after receiving the product. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details before placing an order.
Product Expectations & Variations (Important)
Please note that all products are offered at competitive market pricing. Minor variations may occur and are considered acceptable within standard commercial tolerance.
- Slight differences in size, dimensions, color tone, or finishing may occur due to manufacturing processes and display settings and do not qualify as defects.
- Perceived differences in fit, proportion, or expectations of exact specifications are not considered valid grounds for return or refund.
- Products are not guaranteed to meet any subjective expectations beyond the description provided, including assumptions regarding branding details, markings, or presentation.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these standard variations.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
